RxToDose was founded by a single pharmacist working at a large inpatient hospital. Frustrated by the limitations of existing tools and the gap between complex theory and daily practice, they decided to build the solution they always wanted. What started as a personal project to solve everyday dosing challenges has grown into a powerful platform for clinicians everywhere.
